Privacy at Sandy Labs

Sandy Labs is a one-person consultancy run by Aditya Dogra. This page describes what data we collect from visitors to sandylabs.net, why we collect it, and how to remove yours.

What we collect

The only data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the form on our website:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your company name
• The sentence you write describing what you want AI to fix in your business

We do not run any third-party advertising or behavioral trackers on this site. We do not have a Meta pixel, a Google Analytics tag, or a marketing automation script anywhere on the page. If you don't fill out the form, we don't know you visited.

Why we collect it

Two reasons:

1. To respond to your inquiry — usually within the day, either with a 15-minute call invitation or a direct answer to your question.
2. To schedule the call and prepare for it. We may look up your company website ahead of the call to be useful in the conversation.

That's the entire purpose. We do not sell, share, license, or otherwise pass your data to any third party.

Where your data goes

Form submissions are delivered to:

If you book a call directly through Calendly, that data is also held by Calendly under their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for 24 months from the date you submitted it. After that, the record is deleted unless we're actively working together as a client.

How to remove yours

Email aditya@sandylabs.net and ask. We'll confirm and delete within 7 days. You don't need to give a reason.

Cookies

We don't set any cookies on this site. The cursor animation runs entirely in your browser session and stores nothing.

Updates to this page

If we change anything here, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will get a note at the top of the page explaining what changed.
